SOURCING, INTERVIEWING, AND RECRUITING
Our search, recruitment and staffing services are specifically designed to reduce your cost per hire while expediting the time it takes to fill your direct and interim job openings. We earn our fee only after a successful hire. If you do not hire anyone from us, you owe us nothing.

Advertising

CSRA DIRECT DEALS POSTCARD
The direct mail postcard is a massive 9″ x 12″ postcard printed on 14pt cardstock with a high gloss UV coating. The postcard is professionally designed, colorful, distinctly visible, weather / handling proof, and literally weighs a solid ounce. It’s the largest dimension mail piece that can be sent without being folded for insertion into the mailbox.

We designed the postcard to include eleven to twelve standard ad spaces and three to four large ad spaces. The standard ad spaces are 3.68″ x 2.68″ and large ad spaces are 3.68″ x 4.14″. We may occasionally offer smaller ad spaces of 3.68″ x 1.96″ in place of the large ad spaces. Ads are placed with 1/4″ spacing between each ad for maximum visibility.

DIRECT DEALS MAGAZINE
The direct mail magazine is a high quality 8 3/8″ x 10 7/8″ magazine printed on 60# semi gloss text. The magazine is professionally designed, distinctly visible, durable, and easy to read. The magazine features full page, half page, and quarter page ads with 1/4″ spacing between each ad. Full page ads are available with full bleed.

These high potential customers spend more money on themselves, their homes, and their families. And when they decide to buy, they don’t hesitate to pay more for quality. The vast majority of them own one or more homes and multiple cars. They are twice as likely to buy than lower earning families and typically spend 3.2 times more than the average household in categories like home improvement, travel, investments and personal luxuries.

CSRA Living, our highly targeted direct mail magazine, is delivered to high potential customers in Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Appling, and Augusta. The magazine targets the top 20% of households, those with an average household income of over $80,000 and property values worth an average of over $230,000.

We have personally and methodically selected the top neighborhoods and mailing routes using my propriety data analysis based on income, property value, and three other key real estate statistics. ADVERTISING RATES
The postcard and magazine advertising rates are based on the size of the ad and the number of mailings (months) that you sign up for. Design, printing, and mailing is included in the total pricing. Pricing and availability may vary. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

MINIMUM ADVERTISING TERM
Effective direct response advertising is best realized with repetitive exposure to your message. For this reason, we require a minimum 2 to 4 month agreement depending on the publication and zone. We offer preferred rates for 6 and 12 month commitments.

WHY DIRECT MAIL?
Direct mail advertising allows you to get more exposure and visibility for your business but can be expensive and must be done frequently to work effectively. Our advertising programs make direct mail marketing more cost efficient and much more effective when paired with our consulting service. This is why our magazine and postcard advertising programs are so powerful. Properly designed ads using proven advertising strategies helps to ensure your message gets noticed. Our high quality format also creates more visibility for your message to the variety on ads presented on the mail piece.

DISTRIBUTION
The magazine and postcard are distributed to strategically defined ‘smart zones’ in South Carolina (Aiken County, Edgefield County, McCormick County) and Georgia (Columbia County, McDuffie County, Richmond County). Each ‘smart zone’ consists of approximately 20,000 residential and business addresses. Distribution in South Carolina reaches Aiken, Beech Island, Clarks Hill, Graniteville, Jackson, North Augusta, Trenton, and Warrenville. Distribution in Georgia covers Appling, Augusta, Dearing, Evans, Fort Gordon, Grovetown, Harlem, Hephzibah, Martinez, South Augusta, Thomson, and West Augusta. In addition, surplus distribution in South Carolina may reach Barnwell, Bradley, Edgefield, Johnston, McCormick, Modoc, Mount Carmel, Plum Branch, Troy, Williston, and Windsor. Surplus distribution in Georgia may reach Millen, Gibson, Lincolnton, Mitchell, Stapleton, Waynesboro, and Harrison.

Marketing and Advertising may sound similar and are often used interchangeably, but in reality they are not the same. Advertising is only a part of the bigger game called Marketing. Marketing encompasses complete conceptualization of a brand right from research to designing to advertising to sales. Advertising, on the other hand is a component of the marketing process which is nothing more than conveying the message through a variety of mediums to promote the products or services you offer.

Advertising is one of the most important components of your marketing strategy and can be one of the most expensive as well. Advertising is all too often used to get the word out or stay top of mind. It constitutes sending your message to the public to inform them of your company, products and services. It also requires the formation of various strategies and coming up with a right one to target the right viewers.
